1. Order Production & Processing Time (POD)
Because VibeCheckLab operates on a custom-made/Print-on-Demand (POD) model to ensure premium quality, your items are not pre-manufactured.

- Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for custom printing, quality inspection, and packaging before your order is shipped.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

To ensure the fastest possible delivery to our customers in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, we utilize a smart network of fulfillment centers. Your order will be shipped from either our International Hubs (Domestic Express) or our Local Fulfillment Warehouses (US/EU Regional Warehouses), depending on item stock, customization requirements, and your destination address.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, holiday seasons, or regional postal disruptions.

Once your order has been printed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

- The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24–48 hours.
- If your order contains multiple distinct items (e.g., a T-shirt and a custom bag), they may be printed at different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages at no extra shipping cost to you.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
